The insurance industry workforce is changing. Within the past seven years, the number of workers aged 55 and older has increased by 74 percent. In the next few years, 400,000 insurance professionals are expected to retire. As younger workers enter the industry, claims organizations need to find solutions like effective training programs and innovative technologies, to keep their operations up-to-date in the digital age. As a part of the AASCIF Connection Webinar Series, for AASCIF Members only, Mitchell Senior Director of Product Management, Rebecca Morgan, will share best practices for retaining information as experienced workers walk out the door and attracting, training and maintaining younger employees that are entering the insurance workforce.
