Pre-Integrated Solutions Increase Efficiencies

Problem

A large self-insured employer had attempted to integrate with an electronic provider payment vendor.  After several months of unsuccessfully implementing the payment and data integrations they realized the vendor was unable to provide a true electronic integrated product.
 

Solution

The client came to Enlyte for a preintegrated solution. A solution that already interfaced with our bill review software requiring only testing resources for the customer. The implementation was completed according to agreed to schedule.
 

Outcome

51% of dollars paid and 50% of payment volume is being paid electronically, transforming the digitization of provider payments. The check-cutting accuracy and reduced call volumes has resulted in increased operational efficiencies.
