Ever since the state of Michigan released its new auto no-fault fee schedule legislation, insurance carriers and others in the industry have had a variety of questions to help clarify details of the new law. Recently, the Michigan Department of Financial Services answered many of those questions in February when it released draft administrative rules for the fee schedule, which is set to go into effect July 2, 2021.
