Genex Supervisor to Serve on the Commissioners' Executive Committee
WAYNE, PA – July 25, 2018 – Chikita Mann, RN, MSN, CCM, case manager supervisor for Georgia at Genex Services, has been elected Secretary of the Executive Committee for the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC).
A commissioner since 2015, Mann will now serve as an executive member of a board that governs one of the most active and prestigious certification organizations in the case management industry. CCMC is the first and largest nationally accredited organization certifying case managers, with more than 45,000 professionals holding the Certified Case Manager (CCM) credential.
"This board brings decades of experience and wide-ranging expertise to the Commission's leadership as we seek to develop a diverse workforce to meet the needs of a diverse population," said MaryBeth Kurland, CAE, Commission CEO. Mann has served the Commission for over a decade, and her extensive experience in case management plays a vital role in her position at Genex, where she is responsible for workers' compensation, short- and long-term disability, and nurse consulting services. She is also a frequent speaker at national workers’ compensation conferences, addressing topics related to patient concerns among diverse populations, case management protocols, and certification.
