Session Abstract

Every decision matters when handling a workers’ compensation claim. A poor decision could cause a delay in helping an injured worker get back to work, while a well-informed choice could help that worker return to their pre-injury state sooner rather than later. Having a comprehensive perspective into all of the events and details surrounding a claim is powerful—since good data often provide actionable insights to drive improved decision making in the claims process, and more informed decision making usually results in better outcomes that help restore lives. In this session, attendees will learn how they can leverage data and technology to harness the power of perspective for better results.

Reception

Mitchell will once again be hosting a VIP customer reception; one of the most sought-after invites at the conference. Please contact your Mitchell representative for more information on this private event. Click here to schedule a meeting with Mitchell at NWC&D.
