Half of us report “struggling” with life; a third describe their stress level as “extreme.” In this session we’ll review the science and signs of stress, and then discuss different approaches to stress management in workers’ compensation. We’ll discuss easy-to-implement tactics and concrete strategies to better support injured workers in coping with stress.
