We also discuss the changing demographics of injured workers and the importance of recognizing and respecting this evolution to ensure we can meet the needs of our clients now and in the future and share examples of how diverse backgrounds and multilingualism help teams to better communicate, build trust and engagement and achieve successful outcomes with a diverse range of injured workers.
