Ethics – How Personal Perspectives Can Shape Ethical Decisions

This session will help attendees build a foundation for positive and consistent ethical decision making and how to assess self-performance. The session will also look at some real-life ethical dilemmas and the various and sometimes humorous choices that lead to differing outcomes. Attendees will be given tools to help them better understand how personal bias can influence an ethical decision and how to stay within ethical bounds.
