We will be migrating our Coventry and Genex workers' compensation and auto provider finders from the Talispoint application to Perspecta's Provider Directory AI (PDAI) tool. This page includes quick videos to support the upcoming migration. You will see what’s changing, what will not change, and where to find help during the transition.
Coventry PDAI Training Video
If your organization currently uses a Coventry-Talispoint provider finder, you will transition to a new Perspecta provider finder. Perspecta has targeted March 1, 2026 for all Talispoint sites to migrate to the PDAI platform. We're providing this advance notice so you can prepare your teams for this transition, and we're committed to supporting you throughout this process. If you have a direct relationship with Talispoint/Perspecta for provider finder services, those sites are not impacted by this Coventry-specific change.
