What Sets Our Catastrophic Case Managers Apart
- Registered Nurse with an active license
- National certification (or eligibility) in case management or rehabilitation (CCM, CRRN, COHN, CDMS, RN-BC) as recognized by URAC
- 3–5 years of clinical experience in medical/surgical settings (ICU, trauma, critical care, rehabilitation, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in catastrophic injury management, generally one-year minimum
- National oversight by experienced catastrophic clinical consultants

- Deep understanding of catastrophic injuries, including spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, burns and traumatic amputations
- Medical assessment mastery using specialized tools like the Glasgow Coma Scale and Rancho Los Amigos Scale
