Peter Madeja
President and Chief Executive Officer
Peter Madeja is President and CEO of Genex, as well as a member of the Office of the Chairman and Board of Directors of Enlyte.
Mr. Madeja was originally a partner in Genex more than three decades ago while the business was privately held. He subsequently guided the company through several merger and acquisition transactions, including public ownership by NYSE companies and its current ownership by management and a private equity investor. Prior to his partnership role at Genex, Mr. Madeja began his career at the PMA Insurance Group, a leading underwriter of workers’ compensation and other commercial insurance coverages.
He has served on both public and private company boards, as well as the Board of Overseers at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education and represented Genex on the Core Funders board at the Workers’ Compensation Research Institute (WCRI). Mr. Madeja holds both bachelor’s and M.Ed. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.
