Solution
A dynamic set of owned networks and strategic partners was recommended to include: broad-based networks, out of network, specialty and negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes in all states.
Outcome
Enhancing their network performance was a driving factor of increasing their per bill savings by $187.56 or 25%. The network savings and penetration by state is an ongoing actionable insight provided in the real-time dashboard.
