Dawn Moore

Dawn Sora Moore, RN, MSN, CCM, serves as vice president of utilization management at Enlyte and is a member of the company’s senior leadership team. She provides national leadership for Enlyte’s telephonic case management programs and ClinicalCare24, the organization’s 24/7 nurse triage service. With more than 30 years of experience in case management and clinical operations, Dawn brings a strong blend of clinical expertise and operational leadership, helping drive program growth, service consistency, and meaningful outcomes for clients and injured employees. Her leadership focuses on building seamless clinical experiences that support recovery from first contact through claim resolution.

Since joining the organization in 1994, Dawn has progressed through a wide range of roles across direct clinical service and operational leadership, giving her a clear understanding of both frontline realities and enterprise performance. She has led efforts to strengthen workflows, elevate quality standards, and develop practical, client-centered solutions for complex cases, including those involving behavioral health needs. With a background that includes emergency care, cardiovascular intensive care, operating room services, and diabetic education, Dawn helps ensure Enlyte’s programs remain clinically grounded, evidence-based, and responsive to evolving client needs. She holds a bachelor of science in nursing from Wichita State University and a master of science in nursing from Baylor University.
