Trevor Davis

Trevor Davis is a director of regulatory affairs for Mitchell’s Casualty Solutions Group. Trevor’s responsibilities include managing the Specialty Bill Review Compliance team, regulatory compliance, management of Enlyte’s outside lobbying firms, and government relations activities. Prior to working at Mitchell, Trevor performed similar duties for FairPay Solutions, until its acquisition by Mitchell. He began his work in government relations while serving as an associate in the general counsel’s office of Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Corporation (LWCC), where he drafted and lobbied changes to LWCC’s charter in the state constitution. For 20 years, Trevor has tracked and drafted legislation and regulations affecting the property and casualty bill and claim payment industry, testified before administrative agencies and legislative committees, participated in trade associations, and contributed to patented business processes.
